What actually
happens to your paint.

Every coating job is a process, not a spray. Here's what's under the surface once a car leaves our bay.

Wash + decontamination Snow foam, clay bar and an iron remover strip every bonded contaminant before a pad ever touches the paint.
Paint correction Two machine-polishing stages cut back swirls, oxidation and fine scratches until the surface reads optically flat.
Ceramic layer applied A 9H nano-ceramic coating is hand-levelled panel by panel, then checked under raking light for high spots.
Cure time The coating flashes off and cross-links for a full 48 hours before the car sees its first drop of water.
Protection window Two to five years of UV, chemical and hydrophobic protection, depending on the product and how it is looked after.

A properly applied ceramic coating typically protects your paint for 2–5 years, depending on the product used and how the car is looked after — regular washing and avoiding harsh chemicals extends it.

Paint correction removes existing defects — swirl marks, scratches, oxidation — by machine polishing the paint back to a clean surface. Ceramic coating is applied after, as a protective layer that helps prevent new damage. Most cars getting coated go through correction first.
